Selling property - persuasive speaking

An example of someone giving an ongoing persuasive speech is a real estate agent selling property. They are continually trying to convince us to buy a property and that if we do we'll be happier, more contented. We'll appear more wealthy.

If you're a real estate agent find out if your prospective buyer has children, has a boat, enjoys golf etc. Anything you can find out will help you direct your sales pitch at them.

If the poperty has a patio, sell them the idea of eating outside in the summer. If it's close to the shops point out the advantage of shopping close to home. Make sure you know the area well so that you can point out the benefits to your buyers.

If they are elderly and need access to Doctors etc show them properties within easy reach of these facililties.

Know your property, sound confident - you won't be able to convince anyone to do anything if you sound unsure youself.

Remember you are trying to sell a life style and not just a property. Even if your buyer is looking at a property to buy to rent, sell them the lifestyle that the income from the property will give them.
